previous experience in customer service or related roles
excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions
empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer records and documentation
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
knowledge of utilities and their pricing structures is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided
strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Responsibility

utilities Expertise: Stay up-to-date on utility services, market trends, plans, and pricing structures to offer accurate information and guidance to customers
problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, escalating complex issues for prompt resolution. Follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution
relationship Building: Build rapport and establish lasting relationships by delivering personalised solutions and actively listening to customer needs
data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system to provide personalised recommendations and insights
continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for enhancing the customer experience, contribute process improvement ideas, and collaborate with internal teams
