Requirements

  • previous experience in customer service or related roles

  • empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer records and documentation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
  • knowledge of utilities and their pricing structures is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner

Responsibility

  • customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
  • utilities Expertise: Stay up-to-date on utility services, market trends, plans, and pricing structures to offer accurate information and guidance to customers
  • problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, escalating complex issues for prompt resolution. Follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • relationship Building: Build rapport and establish lasting relationships by delivering personalised solutions and actively listening to customer needs
  • data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system to provide personalised recommendations and insights
  • continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for enhancing the customer experience, contribute process improvement ideas, and collaborate with internal teams
