Requirements

  • educated to GCSE ‘O’ level standard or NVQ level 2 or 3 in customer service or administration
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Call Centre/Customer related role
  • experience in utilities
  • knowledge of invoice processing
  • excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data
  • excellent numerical skills
