Responsibility
- blunsdon, Swindon SN25 2DA
- leading a team of experienced and willing volunteers for the day to day running of the Whistlestop Café
- organising staff rota, menu planning, ordering/shopping for food, cooking and serving of meals, cash handling and cashing up
- attending hygiene inspections and ensuring any recommendations and actions are complied with
- this list of tasks is not exhaustive and will be reviewed from time to time in discussion with the post holder
- location : The Whistlestop Café, Swindon & Cricklade Railway, Blunsdon Station, Tadpole Lane
- remuneration: To be discussed
- maintaining health and safety requirements, ensuring the cleaning of kitchen and other equipment is carried out, submitting a monthly Catering Departmental report to the Directors and Board of Trustees
