Responsibility

  • assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • provide leadership and guidance to staff members
  • ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support
  • administer medications to residents as prescribed
  • monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the Home Manager
  • assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • coordinate and participate in recreational activities for residents
  • maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements

  • strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of medication administration procedures
  • ability to provide compassionate care to residents
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • you must hold an NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
