Working hours

Responsibility

  • the job role includes the following –
  • answering telephones
  • responding to clients’ enquiries via email
  • following up on customer’s parcel delivery issues
  • dealing general administration issues, such as invoice queries, hub fines
  • hours of work are flexible, to be agreed, between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00hrs., working a minimum 8hr day
  • hours of work are 9.00am - 5pm - Monday to Friday

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
