  • as an office administrator/customer services advisor, your role will be to process new and existing claims and prepare fully for the accountants

  • responding to customer inquiries via inbound telephone calls. Providing clients with updates on the progress of their active claims with accuracy and professionalism. This can be up to 50-60 calls per day

Requirements

  • good experience of office 365 suite preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • knowledge of ‘HubSpot’ system is preferred but not essential
  • we have recently restructured the administration department. We have now separated this role into an administration department and a customer services department. The successful candidates will work between both departments
  • administrative: 2 years
  • A candidate with previous administration experience is essential, along with excellent customer service and telephone skills as you will be dealing with up to 50-60 inbound calls per day from clients
  • being able to proactively make outbound calls to clients to chase documentation and give updates on their claims is also an integral part of the role
