as an office administrator/customer services advisor, your role will be to process new and existing claims and prepare fully for the accountants
responding to live chat and messenger enquiries on our website
responding to customer inquiries via inbound telephone calls. Providing clients with updates on the progress of their active claims with accuracy and professionalism. This can be up to 50-60 calls per day

Requirements
good experience of office 365 suite preferred but not essential as full training will be given
knowledge of ‘HubSpot’ system is preferred but not essential
we have recently restructured the administration department. We have now separated this role into an administration department and a customer services department. The successful candidates will work between both departments
administrative: 2 years
A candidate with previous administration experience is essential, along with excellent customer service and telephone skills as you will be dealing with up to 50-60 inbound calls per day from clients
being able to proactively make outbound calls to clients to chase documentation and give updates on their claims is also an integral part of the role
