Responsibility

  • ensuring the building is opened by 9am and locked at 5pm each Sunday
  • overseeing the set up of furniture and staging to ensure all runs to plan
  • ensuring all furniture and staging are returned to the storage cupboards before the client departs the building
  • liaising with general management to provide a report each Sunday
  • ensuring the Box Office, Auditorium and Changing Room lights and heating are on, ready in good time for the church team to set up
  • provide full technical support for the Church Service using pre-sets put in place in advance by our Chief LX
