Responsibility
- assisting our Property Manager
- assessing property quality, including arranging annual reviews with an external quality assurance company and liaising with owners
- co - ordinating planned upgrades and maintenance tasks within an agreed timeframe
- ensuring that risk assessments, certifications and inventories are up to date
- writing property information packs and making sure they are kept up to date
- understand the nature of the task/ call out and arrange for the appropriate person to attend
Requirements
- understanding of premium holiday accommodation settings
- ability to communicate well and work as part of a small team
- can do attitude
- be able to work in a fast pace, active environment
- good all-round IT skills and experience
- able to work well under pressure, both individually and as part of a team
- excellent organisational skills
- excellent eye for detail
