Responsibility

  • ensure excellent customer service and quality control in all aspects of role
  • research, propose and implement improved ways of working throughout the department
  • identify your own personal development and training requirements to maximize effectiveness in this role
  • identify and action/share opportunities for new business generation and development
  • actively discuss best practices with colleagues where necessary
  • ensure all work is both H&S & CSR compliant
  • process all paperwork and administrative tasks relating to your own managed events
  • in line with the nature of the hospitality & events industry, you may be required to work such additional hours as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties without extra remuneration

Requirements

  • practical and demonstrable work experience in a similar role
  • excellence time management
  • strong and operational drinks and drinks brand knowledge
  • strong customer/client service and 3rd party communication skills
  • punctual, self-motivated, strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • strong business acumen, proficient numeracy skills and analytical skills
  • you are a passionate event professional, with a strong team spirit who is highly organised and is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, with a practical approach to tasks and attention to detail
