Responsibility

  • for this role you will be
  • reporting to the CTO and working with Departmental Managers as well as the Company’s leadership team to prepare and scope requirements
  • the ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and software development processes
  • creating ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes for various areas of the business
  • creating all functional specifications and carrying out analysis to identify edge cases and working with respective managers to refine the requirements
  • creating all materials necessary for a project, including test case scenarios, testing plans, user acceptance testing, and training documentation
  • passionately promoting the MVP principles to eliminate feature creep and deliver impactful business improvements
  • project manage multiple concurrent projects with the company’s software engineering team of 4

Requirements
