- perform a variety of lash and brow treatments, including Classic Lash Extensions, Russian Volume, and Lash Lift
- provide top-notch customer service, ensuring each client has a fantastic experience
- as our Lash and Brow Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lash and brow services to our clients
- work flexible hours, including evenings, daytime, and weekends
- you will be using your skills and expertise to help our clients feel confident and beautiful
- collaborate with our fun and supportive team to maintain a positive studio atmosphere
- we offer a commission-based salary scheme which means you can earn up to 15% of the revenue you generate
- keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and be open to learning new treatments
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in lash and brow treatments
- previous experience as a Lash and Brow Technician
- proven track record of delivering high-quality services
- A fast and efficient worker who can deliver high-quality results
- A strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- highly professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- ability to work independently while also being a team player
