Responsibility
- an amazing opportunity has arisen with Swan Family, for a Deputy Manager to work in Hackney on a Maternity cover contract
- an amazing opportunity has arisen with Swan Family, for a Deputy Contact Centre Manager to work in Croydon
- this will be within our Children and Family Contact Centre and the community
- the Successful Candidate will be joining the dynamic team delivering a crucial service to families

- to assist the manager in the general running of the centre and to undertake the deputy managers responsibilities in their absence
- overseeing all Centres to ensure the smooth running of our service, meeting our service objectives and outcomes consistently across all contracts
- develop and maintain relationships with Local Authorities, Social Workers and Service Users whilst ensuring contact demands are met
Requirements
- minimum of NVQ level 3 in children and young people workforce or degree in relevant subject
- excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- full UK Driving Licence with access to your own car
- self-motivated, ambitious and determined
- ability to manage and drive performance
- ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and using your own initiative
- excellent communication skills at all levels
- supervising experience: 1 year
