Responsibility

  • lead the sourcing and recruitment of staff and replace the need for recruitment agency usage
  • ensure safer recruitment practice is followed, allowing for employment and onboarding to be organised and efficient
  • perform bookkeeping tasks such as entering approved payroll data & monitoring budgets
  • coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the training schedule in order to ensure compliance across our homes
  • assist in project management of new homes
  • maintain general office files, including personnel files, training files, and other files related to the organisation’s operations
  • purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture, as required
  • performing other relevant duties when needed

Requirements

  • qualified to A level standard, preferably hold a bachelor’s degree
  • experience of working in the recruitment sector
  • minimum of 2 years experience of administration tasks, preferably in the care sector
  • comfortable handling confidential information
  • multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Have a clear enhanced DBS or be willing to undertake this
