Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- 2 years Fixed Term Contract, Full Time
- undertaking technical inspections on tenanted properties to diagnose repair issues
- identifying damp and mould and the causes and carrying out damp profiling on tenanted properties
- identifying remedial works, producing a schedule of works and completing a causation pro-forma
- managing projects from inspection to completion of works
- there will be other projects you will be involved in

Requirements
- MRICS, CIOB or HNC or relevant qualification and/or management experience in repairs, maintenance and capital projects for damp and mould
- experience of working in social housing, local government or customer-service environments and dealing with damp and mould
- experience of conducting structural, condition and measured surveys for damp and mould
- commitment to providing a quality frontline customer service
- ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
- confidence to diagnose repairs effectively and provide solutions
- experience within the building/construction industry
- good IT skills
