Responsibility

  • liaising with customers and contractors on the phone and via email
  • using our customer management system, to schedule jobs, prepare quotations and update customer notes
  • admin support for the Sales Manager
  • fielding incoming sales calls
  • reporting into the Operations Manager
  • as a successful candidate you would be offered training to start with and initially would need to be office based for this, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure you are confident in all aspects of the job
