- the coffee team are always busy and under pressure at all times of the day
- open and close down coffee section independently
- yet, we still manage to have fun on the job, develop within, and enjoy every working day on location
- multi-task and perform a busy service solo
- maintain the desired speed of service, quality of product and overall consistency for the group
Requirements
- full clean driving licence
- experience in a fast paced cafe Environment
- ability to work alone and manage your own day
- A strong team player, especially during peak service times
- have exceptional communication skills and customer service
- effective & efficient communication skill
- strong barista skills
- ability to think on your feet and problem solve
