Responsibility
work with the Operations Director and management team to launch the Fire & Security division throughout the South of England
recruit, develop and manage an engineering team, as needed, operating a 24 hour call out service
support the Helpdesk team should difficulties arise with customers/engineers and/or emergency situations
manage the planning, scheduling & co-ordination of installation & PPM works
attend client meetings to develop long-term working relationships
provide technical input with regards to tenders & sales estimates, and support / manage the mobilisation of new contracts
manage day to day service delivery overseeing the provision of fire & security services including the design, installation and maintenance of varying systems including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, fire systems, public address, digital media & voice data systems
support engineers with and provide technical support, advice and guidance as needed
Requirements
proven technical experience and knowledge of the fire & security industry
ability to lead and develop a reliable and efficient team
strong literacy skills, with good spelling and grammar
team player
good communication and organisational skills
ability to multi-task
full driving licence
