job role: We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our small team to provide office support and bookkeeping services
the successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of office IT systems along with some accounting experience, together with excellent communication skills
preferably an interest in the motor/car industry, but this is not essential to the role
you'll have the opportunity to engage with unique projects, interact with customers, manage accounts, and ensure efficient office functioning. Induction and introduction into our company’s working will be provided
Requirements
have confident IT literacy with the ability to troubleshoot
attention to detail and strong organisational skills
have some bookkeeping experience and a working knowledge of Sage Accounting Software/ sage payroll
excellent communication skills, in person, via email, and over the phone
