  • this is a varied and vital role and forms an integral part of Surrey Auto Works to support our clients and their motoring needs

  • job role: We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our small team to provide office support and bookkeeping services
  • the successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of office IT systems along with some accounting experience, together with excellent communication skills
  • preferably an interest in the motor/car industry, but this is not essential to the role
  • you'll have the opportunity to engage with unique projects, interact with customers, manage accounts, and ensure efficient office functioning. Induction and introduction into our company’s working will be provided

Requirements

  • have confident IT literacy with the ability to troubleshoot
  • attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • have some bookkeeping experience and a working knowledge of Sage Accounting Software/ sage payroll
  • excellent communication skills, in person, via email, and over the phone
