Responsibility
- to ensure equipment is repaired serviced and maintained in line with the maintenance plan and with manufacturers’ recommendations
- establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, customers, equipment operators, equipment owners and distributors
- use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles while working
- accurate control and replenishment of personal stock holding
- communicate and liase internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and information
- to liase with the Service Desk to meet each customer’s specific requirements while achieving SLA' To report relevant operational issues into the Head Office
- pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the continued effective performance of the role
