Responsibility

  • responsible for Amazon and eBay strategy, management, and results
  • actively monitor Amazon and eBay and make recommendations for product listing optimisations based on trends, opportunities, promotions, and competitors
  • gather and evaluate data to find key insights and identify areas of opportunity across marketing, pricing, and inventory
  • implement and maintain ad programs across Amazon and eBay
  • develop and execute strategic plans for leveraging Amazon and eBay to grow our business focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities, SEO, & conversion rate optimisation
  • oversee day-to-day Amazon and eBay operations: product listings, fulfilment, promotions, inventory, customer service and reporting
  • partner with marketing team to scale enhanced content across product listings that include images, video, production descriptions and features, shipping details, item specifications and all necessary information

Requirements

  • proven work experience as a Channel Marketing Specialist
  • confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience
  • excellent work ethic, self-motivator and driven
  • knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and paid advertising experience is a plus
  • advanced Excel Skills
