SURE CITY is looking for employees for positions:
- lead and manage a team of Security Officers, ensuring consistent performance, presentation, and professionalism
- act as the primary point of contact for client liaison, incident escalation, and operational coordination
- oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and event coverage
- ensure full compliance with SIA regulations, site protocols, and Sure City standards
- conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews
- prepare and review incident reports, shift handovers, and operational documentation
- support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new officers
- manage rota planning, shift coverage, and team welfare
- valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the security industry
- strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage teams in high-end, client-facing environments
- excellent report writing, IT proficiency , and incident handling
- physically fit and able to support patrols and operational duties when required
- professional appearance and confident demeanor
- flexible and responsive to changing site needs, including events and VIP visits
