Responsibility

  • as a First Contact Physiotherapist, you will work alongside the multi-disciplinary teams within the Primary Care Network
  • you will be responsible for delivering frontline specialist musculoskeletal assessment, triage, and care to a varied selection of NHS patients
  • to work as an autonomous specialist MSK practitioner in providing and delivering musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
  • this will involve both telephone triage and Face-to-Face assessments
  • your role in the GP Practice will require close discussion with GP's, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Clinical Pharmacists etc
  • to ensure the right care is delivered at the right time
  • the Surbiton & Chessington PCNs Ltd is seeking to hire a part-time First Contact Physiotherapist - Senior / Supervisor
  • you will be a self-motivated practitioner always striving to pursue excellence and the best care for your patient
