- provide guidance on tanning options, products, and services
- address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information about sunbed operation and safety guidelines
- as a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon
- customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- knowledge of tanning procedures, sunbed operation, and safety guidelines is desirable
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced work environment
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- cash handling experience and basic math skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
