Responsibility
- working alongside colleagues to develop and increase our care & support services
- undertaking and completing a proportion of the management on-call rota including weekends
- completing & presenting reports and documentation to management / local authorities and regulators
- a group of clients and their case work, maintaining their identified needs and ensuring that outcomes are achieved
- providing care to clients as required and in accordance with published rotas or at short notice to cover sickness absence
- leading, supervising and mentoring a senior staff team and care assistants to develop their skills ensuring high standards of care are delivered
- complete training and ongoing CPD
- working alongside other Area Managers as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of our short-term and Domiciliary care services
