duty manager
Responsibility
- manage inventory of all essential consumables, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Complete daily H & S / Security walk-rounds, ensuring all damage to equipment and/or building is reported and actioned
- ensure staff evacuation procedures are followed in the event of a Fire/Security alert
- other Responsibilities
- ensure Team leaders are fully briefed of all operational requirements on a daily basis
- provide on the job development and training of team members to ensure full understanding and compliance with Company and Customer’s policies and procedures. Identify individuals for development for possible promotion
- undertake other reasonable duties/requests, as and when deemed necessary by senior management
