- experience chef with good knife skills and can work well under pressure
- ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
- managing relationships with distributors and resolving any issues with vendors
- ordering food for the kitchen and cross checking delivery notes
- be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
- make sure that food and drinks store is stocked with essential supplies and food as required
- able to manage staff inductions & development training
Requirements
- good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- experience in team leadership
- cooking: 1 year
