- delivery of Recruitment KPI’s set by the business
- full ownership of the Recruitment Department
- ensure all applicants / new starters have the required documentation for employment
- management of all background checks inline with Company/Client requirements
- creation of Job Descriptions, advertising, sourcing and competency-based interviewing to the onboarding of all successful candidates
- completion of relevant Management Information
Requirements
- recruitment Management: 2 years
