Responsibility
- lead and manage the procurement and sales administration teams
- collaborate with other departments to ensure that all processes and procedures are standardised and optimised across the organization
- oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on procurement and sales administration
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing operations in all departments
- develop and maintain positive relationships with our global suppliers and ensure a seamless operational experience
- contribute to the company’s overall strategy and vision, working closely with the executive team to ensure that operations are aligned with long-term goals
Requirements
- demonstrate you have transformation experience in terms of systems and improvements
- BA in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- experience in Operations Management, with a focus on Procurement and Sales Administration
- background in IT Distribution, call centre or B2B would be advantageous
- proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance
- excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
- strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
