Responsibility

  • lead and manage the procurement and sales administration teams
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure that all processes and procedures are standardised and optimised across the organization
  • oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on procurement and sales administration
  • ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing operations in all departments
  • develop and maintain positive relationships with our global suppliers and ensure a seamless operational experience
  • contribute to the company’s overall strategy and vision, working closely with the executive team to ensure that operations are aligned with long-term goals

Requirements

  • demonstrate you have transformation experience in terms of systems and improvements
  • BA in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • experience in Operations Management, with a focus on Procurement and Sales Administration
  • background in IT Distribution, call centre or B2B would be advantageous
  • proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance
  • excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
