Responsibility
lead and manage the procurement and sales administration teams
collaborate with other departments to ensure that all processes and procedures are standardised and optimised across the organization
oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on procurement and sales administration
ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing operations in all departments
develop and maintain positive relationships with our global suppliers and ensure a seamless operational experience
contribute to the company’s overall strategy and vision, working closely with the executive team to ensure that operations are aligned with long-term goals
Requirements
demonstrate you have transformation experience in terms of systems and improvements
BA in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
experience in Operations Management, with a focus on Procurement and Sales Administration
background in IT Distribution, call centre or B2B would be advantageous
proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance
excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
