Responsibility

  • assist and support 1st line engineers
  • the office is based in their own Mews in Dulwich with strong transport connections across London
  • take overflow calls and take ownership of logged support calls
  • work on escalated and assigned support calls in a logical and methodical manner
  • follow up on the status with the customer and take the support call all the way through to resolution
  • work alongside engineers to plan projects and execute them as required, either in the office or onsite
  • dealing with customers, suppliers and vendors
  • support IT Solutions have over 15 years of IT experience, offering services to businesses across the world. Support IT are committed to helping and protecting their client’s businesses

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • technical support: 2 years
  • A valid UK driving licence is preferable
