  • we are recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team, the day to day role of a Support Worker includes the following key responsibilities: -Helping our clients live independently in their own homes - Administering Medication – Supporting with washing and dressing - Personal care - Meal preparation - Social calls - Safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning and moving of clients
