  • support the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and maximizing profitability

  • collaborate with other departments, particularly food & beverage, and sales & marketing, to optimize overall business performance
  • analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • maintain a friendly and attentive service for our guests
  • contribute to the creative and fun working environment
  • ensure punctuality, attention to detail, and strong communication

Requirements

  • prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting with a focus on commercial success
