- general IT support for all bases, travelling to other bases when required
- regular audits of technical and electronic equipment for all bases
- arrange and coordinate the repair of equipment
- coordinate the safe disposal or archiving of records in accordance with GDPR regulations
- ensure IT systems are secure and updated
- track petty cash and purchase order spending, liaising with the Finance team as necessary
