Responsibility

  • we are looking for RMN/RGN with valid NMC pin to learn new skills working in The Vale Care Home
  • you will be compassionate, flexible and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment
  • working along side with the Registered Manager and other care professionals
  • the role will include leading, supporting, training, auditing, monitoring, assessing and supervisions. Shift cover will be expected, when required
  • experience in supporting residents with complex health and physical needs is important, as is a successful track record of managing investigations and clinical risk assessments
  • \*Tier 2 General Sponsorship Available\
  • you will be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality
  • we welcome applications from Registered Nurses who require a Tier 2 General Sponsorship

Requirements

  • salary will be discussed depending on experience
  • to join us as a Clinical Lead & Training Nurse Manager, you will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
