Responsibility
- greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- ensure that all bookings for the next day have been checked
- ensure that the working area and machinery/tools, products are kept clean, tidy, professional
- provide aftercare advice, and deliver an excellent standard of customer service
- ensure good and smooth communication with Salon Manager, and other team members
- listen and tend to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring that all complaints are recorded and handled in line with company policies
- actively cross-sell and link-sell services, promotions, products, events, packages, etc
- complete all mandatory role relevant training; safe use of equipment and products
Requirements
- minimum 1-year post qualifications experience in providing hair services
- experience of working in a demanding, time governed environment
- NVQ Level 2
- experience in all hair extensions, coloring, cutting, styling
- team player, enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, people-oriented
- passionate, well-groomed, enthusiastic, adaptable
- willing to continue their professional path
- excellent interpersonal and communications skills, people-oriented
