Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- we are one of the UK’s largest fresh juice manufacturers. We produce premium juice, juice drinks, fresh juice and smoothies
- liaise with Customers and deal with their needs to provide required service level
- achieve a required target of 98.5% Customer Service Level
- at Sun Magic we are passionate about the drinks we make and always on the look-out for people who share our passion
- liaise with internal and external parties to ensure best possible Customer Service Level
- we are looking for Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a 8 months fixed contract with possibility to become permanent contract
- log additional transport costs for Key Performance Indicators purposes
- raise and manage any ad-hoc paperwork and system maintenance
Requirements
- customer Service experience ideally within food and beverages industry
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- effective analytical and problem solving skills
- experience of using ERP systems
- experience in dealing with 3rd party logistics providers
- proactive person with excellent attention to details
- customer service: 1 year
- ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet timely deadlines
