Responsibility
- contribute to safe, quality care by
- coordinates, implements and manages multiple complex development projects across multiple sites
- works with stakeholders to address Change Requests, proposes alternative solutions
- resolves planning, design, construction, and contractual issues as it relates to assigned projects
- develops contracts for consultants and / or contractors
- prepares and maintains project budgets and schedules
- responsible for the planning, procurement and implementation and contract administration of all technical building issues, specifically as they relate to architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and building requirements and coordination
- key point of contact for assigned projects
Requirements
- an undergraduate degree and combination of experience will be considered
- 3-5 years of related experience in construction operation
- excellent command of both Polish and English
- excellent command of both Polish and English, both verbally and in writing
- proficient computer literacy required
- knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems construction inspections; and construction trades and technology
- ability to write construction reports using specialised technical vocabulary, log reports, and letters to contractors, and prepare and present project reports to senior staff as required
- knowledge of Autodesk; being able to create 2D and 3D drawings and models, as well as electrical diagrams, construction drawings, and more
