Responsibility
- we are looking for a passionate, experienced Deputy Manager
- this post will entail being an integral part of the hands on management team in a busy, well established setting
- to assist in the day to day management of the setting and to support the senior management team
- knowledge of the curiosity approach, Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Forest school styles of learning will be a bonus
- applicants should be qualified to minimum L3 and 2 years leader/supervisory experience in a nursery
- there will also be occasions when the Deputy will need to cover in either room due to staff absences
- opportunities for further training to L4,5 and 6 for the right applicant
