Responsibility

  • general administrative duties to support on-site staff and Directors
  • answering and screening any incoming phone calls
  • receive and sort any mail for office deliveries
  • recording weights for goods in/out into spreadsheet on daily basis
  • check in/out vehicles and ensure relevant documents are provided
  • scan & save documents into our system
  • raise pre-departure documents for vehicles due to be collected/delivered to the customer
  • monitor stock levels of office supplies and repurchase as required

Requirements

  • great attention to details
  • proficient with MS office
  • ability to multi-task and exceptional organisational skills
  • preferably with previous experience in similar role
  • monday to Friday
  • free parking
