Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in similar job
  • experience working with high power lines would be advantageous
  • relevant Degree in Engineering discipline
  • proven managerial experience and being an effective leader
  • preference to have experience of Manufacturing environment or heavy industries
  • effective communication with several stakeholders
  • passionate & enthusiastic about becoming involved in starting a new organization

Responsibility

  • ensure department is audit ready and meeting internal policies
  • rota Management - manage and maintain a balanced team to cover the workload and ensure there is adequate cover for 24/7 operations
  • coordinate outside vendors carrying out maintenance works
  • ensures effectiveness of maintenance activities in accordance with production and quality standards as well as in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • work closely with production management to plan maintenance to minimize downtime and resolve technical problems
