Responsibility
- you must be comfortable in explaining legal services and be talented at objection handling
- due to increased demand and growth in the market, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our legal sales team based in our Birmingham office
- manage your own leads including call backs and follow ups
- you will be part of the inbound telesales team, have the determination to exceed your weekly targets to receive uncapped commission on top of your basic salary
- onboard your freshly converted clients to our legal team quickly and accurately
- our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have the people skills necessary to quickly build relationships with prospective clients from various backgrounds, cultures and nationalities
- be able to respond to client queries within a maximum of 4 minutes response time
- efficiently handle calls from current clients with great customer service
Requirements
- recent experience in telesales with high sales turnover
- experience or knowledge of the legal industry especially family or immigration law are desirable
- computer skills
- excellent communication skills and outstanding telephone manners
- ability to handle and work in high pressured legal environment
