Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team
  • we are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • ensure that all properties are maintained in a safe and secure condition
  • manage tenant relationships and resolve tenant complaints
  • negotiate and execute leases
  • ensure that all properties are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • manage financial records and budgets for each property
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial management
