- providing 2nd Line Technical Support to the business
- resolve escalated tickets within timely manner
- work closely with other support teams to identify quick fixes and relay to Service Desk
- proactively monitor business services, identifying & resolving potential issues in advance
- assist with Major incident management
- maintain strong customer focus at all times
- take responsibility and ownership of all incidents escalated to 2nd Line
- cloud Telephony experience
