- strong conceptual and design skills with the ability to produce creative and innovative solutions for a given project
- strong 3D CAD skills with experience of producing detailed engineering drawings with good understanding of drawing standards and tolerancing
- broad understanding and experience of a wide range of complimentary engineering disciplines and general systems integration
- excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively prioritise and resolve issues
- attention to detail and regard for quality of work
- keen to collaborate and interact with customers and colleagues
- degree level or equivalent qualification
- excellent knowledge and experience of current manufacturing processes and techniques using a range of materials and methods including, but not limited to, CNC machining
