Requirements
- a
- IT literate- M/S Office, NICEIC certification software or similar
- excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to influence others
- preferably have as a minimum two years’ experience of working as an NICIEC qualifying supervisor
- organised and responsive with the ability to deliver under pressure
- A proven background in a similar role
- proven time management experience with a positive “can do” attitude
- excellent time keeping and attendance
Responsibility
- provide technically sound knowledge, support and guidance to colleagues and clients
- provide advice, support and guidance relating to electrical installations during day to day activities and out of hours service requirements
- responsibility as a NICEIC qualified supervisor- validating, compiling and NICEIC certification
- manage the process of reviewing, evaluating, approving and distributing all electrical certification and documentation that is produced by the operatives
- document management alongside the administration team
- undertaking a hands-on approach where required to assist the field operatives labour requirements
- oversee the training of a team of electricians to improve the quality of test and inspection
- liaise with customers and work colleagues as necessary, both through formal and informal meetings
