  • more recently it has seen the fame of Gentleman Jack bring on lots of tourist trade
  • we are looking to appoint a sous chef to complement our well established experienced team
  • you will work alongside the head chef and support him with his role
  • duties will include but not limited to
  • cooking food to a high standard
  • stock ordering and rotation
  • leadership and management of the kitchen
