Responsibility
actively and successfully manage the sales process; lead generation, client negotiation, and closing deals
meet with both prospective and existing clients; face to face meetings, attending networking events
prepare presentations and assist contracts team to collate any supporting documentation required for interview or tender
identify other sales opportunities with the client by cross-selling / promoting our range of services
maintain up to date knowledge of the market and it’s trends
be proactive and responsive to existing and potential clients
to identify and convert existing and new business opportunities to generate further revenue and contribute to the continued growth. To continue to build the Studley brand
identify new opportunities to tender and expand the business into new sectors
Requirements
familiarity with Industrial Engineering sector working with clients in the Chemical, Petrochemical , Food , Nuclear sectors
ability to think independently, see new opportunities and contribute to new business strategies
self-motivated with the ability to drive the business without micromanagement
good commercial awareness
ability to contribute to marketing streams
effective organisation and planning skills
effective negotiating and decision-making skills
A strong financial awareness
