  • we have an opportunity for an Service & Sales Administrator to join our busy office team in Liverpool
  • this role would involve supporting sales and service departments with general office administration
  • A good phone manner is essential

  • communicating with Customers via phone and email
  • liaising with service team to assist in placing orders for repair parts
  • you would be reporting to the Office Manager and liaising with members of the Sales & Service teams
  • receiving in repairs via courier and from customers in person
