Responsibility

  • the ideal candidate will come from a creative agency / marketing background, with 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • they will be responsible for conceptualising, planning and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope
  • studio Collective is a growing creative studio, based in the Cotswolds, specialising in a range of projects and marketing management for luxury brands in the travel, hospitality, fashion and retail spaces
  • with clients spanning London, Oxford and Europe we are a fast paced business, best suited to individuals with a vested interest in the luxury sector, and an understanding of the level of expertise, care and attention to detail required for this market
  • we are currently recruiting for an integral role, which will be the day-to-day lead on one of the studio’s most exciting accounts, a market-leading private aviation brand
  • with the guidance of Studio Collective company director, they will also effectively manage and monitor the weekly running of this dynamic account and present project updates to relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • whilst you will be an employee of Studio Collective, you will spend 4-5 days a week at the client premises at London Oxford Airport, acting as an extension of the client’s in-house team
  • this is a rare opportunity for an aviation enthusiast to experience first hand, the business of private air travel and be an integral part of the development of their brand

Requirements

  • confident liaising with high level stakeholders and management across a range of departments and projects
  • competent writer, with the ability to prepare project reports, creative presentations, project briefs and social media captions / industry articles
  • ability to work autonomously, on site with the client five days a week
  • super organised with ability to manage complex schedules and overlapping deadlines
  • calm, flexible, driven, self-motivated, punctual & self motivated
  • strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills with experience in Keynote ideally
  • experience in a similar or comparable role, ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a creative agency environment; administration, project management, account management or similar
  • basic photography skills and video capture for social media platforms
