Responsibility
- from time-to-time the role successful candidate will be required to undertake some first fix carpentry-based activities
- this position will suit a highly skilled individual, who has a wealth of experience in carpentry and/or joinery that can demonstrate an ability to work to their own exacting standard whilst having a conscientious approach
- the key applicant will be proficient in working independently and as part of a wider team, be self-motivated and have proven skills
Requirements
- the candidate MUST be highly experienced with time served as a fully qualified tradesperson
- qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 or City and Guilds advanced craft level in main trade
- valid UK Driving Licence
- applicant should have a pro-active attitude and a strong work ethic
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable, trustworthy, punctual and well presented
- willingness to support development of apprentices would be advantageous
