A new opportunity has arisen to work with a fantastic team in a successful local estate agents
we are currently looking for a full time sales Negotiator to work within the Sales and Lettings departments
experience would be preferred in either Lettings or Sales however full training will be given to further progress your career
manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties for sale and lettings
generate new business by canvassing and chasing leads
follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face
arrange and attend viewings
the position will involve accompany viewings, negotiating offers, sales valuations and rental if cover is needed, assisting in sales chasing and customer feedback

polished and positive approach
proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
willingness to learn and develop a career
strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
previous estate agency experience essential
excellent communication and negotiation skills
valuation experience is desirable but not essential
ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
